Finally, HR dept make the announcement on my last serving date in KPMG...

my feeling remain the same as the first day i tender...

i think now is the time for me to prepare the exit interview de...muz thank ah Nu in helping me to summarize some factors lead to my resignation...

FYI, the "HE" below refer to that Vegetarian Alien...

1) Not a hands-on type. He doesn’t know how to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc but he claims that he knows everything and if we had any problem we can refer to him.

2) Big liar. He makes people especially big shot impress on his achievement, but all bullshit. i.e. He said he was a MD for his own company, yes its true but he is the only people in the company. Company address is like low cost apartment address at Kota Damansara and the company doesn’t look like company but look like store room where he chucked all training props there.

3)He said he is good in many soft skills programs, he has wide experience in teaching soft skills programs but actually he only know to teach one course only that is Team Building. All these while he was teaching that course only!!! Can you imagine how he can influence many people here that he helps all those company who hired him to achieve their vision and mission through his training program? That mean he is not a good soft skill trainer!

4)He always accepts whatever partners ask him to do, to show his capability. But later he throws all to his staff. But he will obtain credit by showing to them that he is the one who did it. Urgh so unreasonable.

5)Refuse to take responsibilities. He will refuse to keep any department properties if we need him to do so.

6)Chronic brain damage. Forgetful. He can easily forget whatever we say to him yesterday and mentioned to others that we had agreed on a different thing than what we had discussed. i.e. my agree to put department name as MyLearning but on the next day he email to big boss saying that we all agreed to name the department as MyLearning Sapce!!

7)Emotional. He is emotional type of person he will take your words personally. And will cause you in trouble if you reject his suggestion or made him upset.

8)Autocratic. He is the boss so all must listen to him.

9)Unfair. He can claim everything including unreasonable claims, but he will reject or make so difficult for us to claim. Finally we let the claims as a charity to the department.

10)No ethics. He will do whatever he want although it’s not following the company policy. But later you will be blame because you did not follow the correct procedure. Damn Shit!!!

Nu, i dun think this 10 points able conclude his character......let me add on whenever i am free....
