~ KPMG sOciAl bOwLing eVeNt o9 !!! ~

Following the win of the 2008 KPMG Annual Dinner the Best Skit of The Year, KPMG Business Support Team has organized a social Bowling event on 12 of March 2009 at U-Bowl One Utama to celebrate! Though most of us are not professional bowlers, we do enjoy the evening and here are some photos to share.

This is the T-shirt (front Y& back) designed by a VT from HR Dept, Ken Loh. A very talented guy and he is the organiser for this event too. He was the director of the skit and I heard that he will be employed as permanent staff by this year end. Welcome Ken !!!

Here come my team, from left is me, Jennyfer from Marcom, Caroline from HR and YinKi from Finance. None of us can actually play especially YinKi where she was so worried if she can’t perform. End up, first game; she was the top scorer in our team. YinKi only joined us for one game as she needed to rush back and three of us needed to play on behalf of her. Pity Jennyfer and Caroline, they bowled until their fingers were swelled up. After a few thrown, Jennyfer’s finger can’t even fit in to the size 9 ball that she was using. But too bad as size 10 ball was too heavy for her.

Our Cheer of the day, “LET’S GO AWESOME FOURSOME! YIU…YIU…!” Shorter version, “YIU… YIU…!” It was a cute one. Though we were lost, the team spirit is still there. YIU...YIU...!

We took the below photo before the game start. As usual, the games started 40 minutes late due to late comers. From left, is me, YiHui and Nancy from HR, MayKin now from Marcom, KamLun from HR, Janet from Finance (she awarded as the top female bowler of the event) and Esho from RMD.

One fo the winning team, but not the top score team. They awarded "The most noisy team!". Or they can claimed it as "The best team spirit Award!" As long as you keep screaming til the last moment of the event then you will win it too.

This is the real winner, "The Best Team" with the top score of the day! Congrats !!! Never check-up how many pins they have "killed". They won some GSC tickets i think.
